Folksy Friday Weddings.

In honour of the new wedding category on Folksy, Folksy Friday this week will concentrate on weddings. There are some beautiful items in the new wedding category.

Beautiful handmade ring cushion, with swarovski crystals by Debbie Howe.

Stunning lace and pearl encrusted head piece and vintage lace garter, by Silver Sixpence in her Shoe.

Gorgeous photo album with lilac flowers by Dottie Designs.

I also have to mention Jamball, as yet they are not listed in the wedding section, but make wonderful felt and button bouquets.

The other night I came across the I am staggered site, a wedding forum for guys. It was quite enlightening to look at weddings from the male perspective, and very funny. Well done for a great site guys.:)

And again Im going to apologise in advance, because I have an awful feeling that the blog isnt going to come out the way I picture it in my head.
I wasnt going to put one of mine in, but, I need to advertise. Swarovoski Pearl and AB Crystal Single Daisy Bouquet.

First Blog

Its now time to tackle the first ever Blog, so it might not be very good, and I apologise in advance for any mistakes.
These are the bouquets that Ive made recently. Im currently working on a black and white single flower button bouquet, with satin petals. I was hoping to get it finished this weekend, just gone, but my local craft shop had run out of memory wire, so I ended up making some shabby chic hanging jars instead, which I love. Im very tempted to keep them for myself.

I think a few of them stacked and filled with flowers and candles would look great, and very informal, as a table centre piece for a wedding, and guests could then take them home as a wedding favour.
